Dolphins and birds dying in droves on Peruvian coast

In early April, some 877 dolphins washed up dead on the northern coast of Peru, and in the last two weeks, nearly 1,200 birds have died along the same stretch of beach. It's unclear if both species had the same cause of death, and the investigation is ongoing.
