Pearson repeats pineapple test-question debacle

New York officials have dismissed another question on state standardized tests -- making this the fourth Pearson question found nearly impossible to solve. The latest question was included in fifth-grade math exams and asked students about a trapezoid that mathematically could not have existed. That question, along with a question about a pineapple and two others, will not be factored into students' scores.
