Center for Food Safety names Elizabeth Kucinich to policy post

Vegan advocate and food policy activist Elizabeth Kucinich has been named policy director for the Center for Food Safety. In her new post, she will lead efforts to lobby Congress on issues including restrictions and labeling on genetically modified foods, and environmental and sustainability issues relating to food production.
