Coconut oil better than some fats, worse than others

Coconut oil, which is 92% saturated fat, is considered healthier than butter or trans fats, but not as good a choice as liquid oils. Despite claims of coconut-oil health benefits, the American Heart Association does not prefer it to other saturated fats, and says all saturated fat consumption should be limited to 10% or less of daily calories.
