Handling an interview for a job you suddenly don't want

If you realize in the middle of an interview the job isn't a good fit, don't walk out, career experts say. Ask questions about the job and the company to determine if your conclusion is correct, and remain polite so you don't burn any bridges, they advise. "Keep the perspective that the mismatch isn’t necessarily a negative reflection on the company or on you," says Michael Kerr, president of Humor at Work.
