Kaiser Permanente trial to compare diet-counseling methods

A Kaiser Permanente clinical trial will test nutrition counseling by its dietitians at a grocery store against counseling done in an office setting. Researchers theorize that the KP Personal Shopper intervention, to take place with overweight patients in Atlanta, will lead to higher diet-quality scores and increased nutritional knowledge compared with office-based counseling.
