Maine town board officials speak about DCP's rejected tank proposal

Members of the Searsport, Maine, Planning Board spoke for the first time about DCP Midstream's rejected propane tank proposal. Board Chairman Bruce Probert said DCP could have done a better job of making its case and persuading residents to support the proposal, but the company's reluctance to work with the town toward the end of the process hurt its chances. Planning board members said the long process revealed a deep divide within the town.
