Fighting the myth of ethanol engine damage

Ethanol isn't a threat to engines; it's owner neglect that causes damage, writes radio host and car expert Bobby Likis. He said that in his 43 years in as an automotive technician, he has never seen an engine damaged by E10. "And expanding on my personal 43-year experience, not one engine has been damaged by E15, which is approved for 2001 and newer models. Wherever E15 is sold, there have been no engines damaged," he writes.
