Insurers eye ACOs, wellness programs to control costs

Wells Fargo Insurance surveyed 70 insurance companies and found many are looking at accountable care organizations, wellness programs and narrower provider networks to provide quality health care at more predictable costs. Data showed 47% of insurers said they would begin a private health insurance exchange over the next year.
