Study: More Than Filters Needed To Protect Kids From Cyber Porn

A combination of such measures as filters and laws in concert with education are necessary to steer children clear from online pornographic material, according to a study released yesterday. Free-speech advocates are said to be fighting a new law that would require filters in all federally funded schools and libraries.
