ADHD symptoms may improve if sleep issues are resolved

Children and teens with ADHD may be two to three times as likely to suffer insomnia, nightmares and other sleep problems than those without the disorder, according to a study. Treating the sleep problems may help ease the students' ADHD symptoms, researchers said.
