Firms attempt to assuage water fears in Pennsylvania

Energy companies working in Pennsylvania's Marcellus Shale region have rejected charges by residents who complain that drilling activity is spoiling the area's water supply. Companies including Range Resources, Chesapeake Energy and Chief Oil & Gas have held public events to highlight the industry's use of new technology to prevent contamination.
