The Journal of Nuclear Medicine has published a supplement that focuses on multimodality molecular imaging of the cardiovascular system. Articles in the publication touched on various topics, including the use of radiotracers and new agents in cardiac imaging, as well as stem cell therapy applications and the use of nanoparticles for "theranostics," or the combination of diagnostics and therapeutic drug delivery.
