Louisiana restaurants brace for oil-spill impact

Restaurants along the Gulf of Mexico are stocking up on seafood, as the massive oil spill puts an end to local supplies. "We're only going to serve it if it's safe," said Steve Pettus, managing partner of restaurant group Dickie Brennan & Co. "And the overwhelming majority of the purveyors out there are only going to sell it if it's safe."
