The Original Factory Shop outlines store-opening plans

The Original Factory, a nonfood convenience retailer with 134 stores, is planning to ramp up its number of store openings this year, filling a void in small towns. The retailer, which is owned by private equity firm Duke Street Capital, plans to open roughly 35 stores during the financial year.
