Reno hospitals focus on fresh foods to promote healing

Reno, Nev., medical centers are rethinking nutrition and focusing on organic food, fresh fruits and vegetables, locally grown produce, and meals made from scratch. Doug Chapman, director of nutrition services for Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center, said using fresh food is more appealing to patients and also less expensive.
