Some small-business owners see hope in health care overhaul

Some small-business owners in Salt Lake City hope the federal health care law will help them offer insurance to their employees. Utah is one of the few states that already offer an insurance exchange, but that system hasn't had good participation and premiums have been higher than expected. NFIB says the health care overhaul will force small-business owners to pay large premiums or cut workers because of increased taxes and fees.
