BIA/Kelsey: Social ad spend to top $8 billion

Spending on social media advertising is forecast to grow from $2.1 billion last year to $8.3 billion in 2015, according to a report from research firm BIA/Kelsey. The report also calls for social ad spending to reach 21.9% of companies' overall digital marketing budgets.
