Dueling studies highlight debate over taxes

Two studies are being highlighted as the debate over whether and on whom to raise taxes intensifies. One, a 2008 report by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, found that the highest-earning 10% of the U.S. population paid the largest share of taxes out of 24 countries. Another is a new congressional study that shows 51% of U.S. households paid no federal income taxes in 2009.
