Mich. utility seeks proposals for 100MW of renewable-energy capacity

DTE Energy is soliciting proposals for 100 megawatts of renewable-energy capacity from Michigan-based projects that are due for completion on Dec. 31, 2013, said spokesman Scott Simons. The request for proposals is part of DTE Energy's bid to meet the state's 10% renewable-energy standard by 2015. Proposals will be accepted through June 7.
