Plastic surgeon answers "Today" show viewers' questions

Patients can postpone face-lifts by having about a teaspoon of fat removed from the jowl area and two teaspoons from the neck, then having the skin tightened with an ultrasound device, plastic surgeon Sharon Giese told "Today" co-hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb. Liposuction results should be permanent if the procedure is performed correctly, and new devices allow fat to be removed from any part of the body, Giese said.
