Low-carb is high on agenda at FMI Show

New low-carb offerings from well-known food companies are plentiful on the exposition floor at the Food Marketing Institute's annual conference in Chicago this week, including Kraft's CarbWell cereals and Hershey's Carb Alternative candies. But Michael Sansolo, senior vice president at FMI, says trans-fat-free products may be the next new product craze.
