Facilities management can be a stressful exercise in extreme multitasking, but experts say by following a few simple rules of time management, a sense of organization can be achieved. Some tips for efficient use of time include organizing your workspace, which is mission control for your job; slowing the flow of information and not letting phone calls, e-mails and instant messages rule your day; and taking the time to simply think things through.
