Soccer officials red-card "ambush marketers"

FIFA, the soccer association that is refereeing the trademarks associated with the 2006 World Cup, is trying to clamp down on marketers who are not official corporate sponsors of the tournament, but who are seeking to create their own tie-ins to the hugely popular sporting event.
