Canadian airlines to roll out passenger bill of rights

In an attempt to keep the Canadian government from imposing additional costs, the country's four largest airlines have developed their own legally binding passenger bill of rights. The airline industry is concerned that momentum may be building in support of tightly regulating the way carriers treat consumers.
