Court: iPCS can sue Sprint over WiMAX

An Illinois court has denied Sprint Nextel's bid to dismiss an iPCS complaint claiming that the carrier withheld its Clearwire-related WiMAX technology from its affiliate. While the decision allows iPCS to seek monetary relief, it also granted Sprint's bid to drop other iPCS claims against the carrier.
