CSX is concerned over possible change in N.Y. high-speed plans

CSX is concerned that New York state wants to run high-speed trains over freight rail tracks. Citing a memorandum of understanding that limits passenger trains to traveling no more than 90 mph, CSX expressed its safety concerns to the state Department of Transportation. Truly high-speed trains would require a separate corridor, CSX said.
