Google is set to sell e-books this summer

Google announced that it plans to begin selling e-books through its Google Editions store in June or July, aiming to catch up with Amazon and Apple. Google will let users buy books they find through searches, and will set up revenue-sharing systems with publishers, similar to the agreements Amazon and Apple have in place now.
