Ireland airports reopen after volcanic ash drifts off

The Irish Aviation Authority opened airspace after imposing restrictions on flights in and out of the country's airports earlier today because of ash from the Icelandic volcano. "It looks OK for today, but it's very hard to forecast the wind patterns," Authority spokesman Martin Towey said.
