Lehman administrators wage legal battle against banks

Last week, bankruptcy administrators of Lehman Bros. started trying to convince the court that Barclays earned an unjustified windfall through a deal for the collapsed bank's assets. The legal battle is only one of several the administrators are poised to wage against Lehman's former competitors. Lehman CEO Bryan Marsal indicated that he will fight the banks that have collectively filed billions of dollars in claims related to derivatives losses.
