Va. governor still backs offshore drilling

Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell said he still supports plans to open his state to offshore-drilling projects. The governor said that the rig blast and oil slick in the Gulf of Mexico show the risks involved, but he still wants to turn the state into the "energy capital of the East Coast" by welcoming development of oil and gas.
