Bedtime bottled milk may predispose toddlers to obesity

A study in Pediatrics of about 7,000 children found that those who were given bedtime bottled milk up to age 2 had a 30% increased risk of obesity by age 5½ compared with those who didn't have milk at bedtime. Researchers said that parents are overfeeding their children by continuing to give bottled milk after they are eating solid foods.
