House introduces bill that would repeal Medicaid expansion

A House bill that would repeal the portion of the PPACA that expands Medicaid would save the federal government $2.8 billion over five years, according to preliminary Congressional Budget Office estimates. The bill would allow states to restrict eligibility and reduce the number of enrollees.
