Truvia, a no-calorie sweetener launched by Cargill, has in two years moved up to become the No. 2 sugar substitute, passing Sweet 'N Low but still behind Splenda. The sweetener has a 66% market share of natural-sugar substitutes. Tabletop sales increased 79% in 2010, giving Truvia a 12.8% share of tabletop sales of sugar substitutes.
