Sources say CFTC will delay vote on derivatives-exchange rule

A final Commodity Futures Trading Commission vote on a rule to require 85% or more of a derivatives contract's trading to occur on a central market is likely to be delayed, sources say. Some members of the CFTC are concerned about how the rule would affect CME Group, specifically its ClearPort service, sources said.
