Yahoo: We won't accept "do not track" requests

Yahoo says it will not honor consumer "do not track" browser requests because they limit the scope of customization the search engine and content engine can offer. The company detailed its decision in a blog post last week, reversing a previous decision to honor the requests. "We fundamentally believe the best Web is a personalized one," the post says.
