Monsanto to continue biotech crop experiments in France

Monsanto's French unit said it plans to continue experimenting with biotech crops, despite a French high court canceling some authorizations for Monsanto to grow corn in test fields. The court said the company had not identified the location of the field trials precisely enough, but a Monsanto France official said the tests would continue, "but we might have to change a bit the way we ask for license."
