Delivery system helps place concrete for Pittsburgh project

An innovative concrete delivery system developed for a Pittsburgh project uses high-speed conveyor belts to transport concrete from the mixer drum to the point of placement. The system was developed by a joint venture of builders involved in construction of the new River Wall at Charleroi Locks and Dam on the Monongahela River.
