Destroyed by tornado, Deere dealership to get green rebuild

A year after a tornado wiped out a fourth-generation John Deere dealership in Greensburg, Kan., the family that owns it is beginning construction of a environmentally friendly facility. A windmill is currently powering the job site, and upon completion, a majority of the dealership's electricity will be wind-powered. The facility also will burn oil drained from dealership machines to heat the water used in its hydronic heating system.
