Evening classes bring dropouts back to school

A new North Carolina night school is giving high-school dropouts another shot at earning their diplomas while continuing to work or care for family. "I guess I matured up and realized what I'm doing with my life," said Brandon Alexander, 18, who is returning to school after more than a year at a low-paying job. "I realized I could make so much better money and have a career. To do that, you have to have a diploma."
