Index shows Americans increasingly frustrated with travel

A recent Access America Travel Frustration Index shows consumers are becoming more exasperated with a range of factors that hit both leisure and business travelers. For example, about 88% reported being frustrated with the price of gas. Issues with air travel, including airfares, service and security frustrations, received an overall score that was flat compared with the last six months of 2007.
