Net lease deal volume picks up, but prices soften

From the last quarter of 2008 to the first quarter of 2009, the volume of industrial net lease transactions surged 464%, according to a study by Boulder Net Lease Funds LLC. The firm attributes much of the new enthusiasm for net lease deals to rising cap rates and the lower prices that accompany them, which in turn make the transactions easier to finance.
