PCI: Credit scores help predict risk

PCI says auto insurers use credit scores to set premiums because they are among the most accurate measures of risk. PCI notes that clients with good credit tend to submit fewer claims. "If you're a responsible person in your financial side, you will pretty much be responsible in your driving records and driving activities and things like that," says PCI spokesman Richard Stokes.
