Personal jet programs proceed in hopes of economic recovery

Six aircraft makers, including Cirrus Design and Stratos Aircraft, have managed to keep their personal jet programs intact as they position themselves for renewed demand for fuel-efficient jets when the economy recovers. One exception has been Eclipse Aviation, whose Eclipse 400 single-engined four-seater fell victim to the company's bankruptcy.
