Boston Properties is making acquisitions again after a two-year hiatus. But it is approaching the market differently from its earlier large-scale trophy acquisitions. Its first acquisition in Washington was a stake in an office building on Capitol Hill that it plans to redevelop. The Washington building is a "class C" building in a "class A" location, says Sigrid Zialcita, managing director of research for Cushman & Wakefield.
