Multicultural marketers could thrive on Twitter

A study finds that African-American and Hispanic Web users are more likely than Caucasians to use social networks, suggesting that campaigns targeting nonwhite users could pay substantial dividends. African-Americans make up a quarter of Twitter users, but only about 11% of the total online population, the study found.
