N.J. governor signs bill protecting developers on zoning

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie voted in favor of developers as he signed a bill that will protect builders from future zoning changes. Once companies have applied to develop a site, if zoning laws later change, builders won't have to adjust their applications. However, there are exceptions for cases that involve safety and public health.
