Russia's Gazprom to build world's largest undersea pipeline

Russia's state-owned Gazprom is starting construction on what will become the world's largest undersea natural gas pipeline, linking that nation's supplies to European customers. The 746-mile pipeline, known as Nord Stream, is expected to cost about $9.6 billion.
