Survey: Americans are critical of health care but lack knowledge

A survey of 4,000 U.S. adults found that 76% gave the country's health care system a grade of C or below, half said 50% or more of health care dollars are wasted, and only 23% said they understand how the system works. The poll by the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions showed 57% were happy with their health plans, but a quarter did not know how much they paid for them.
