City officials in Ormond Beach, Fla., are searching for private investors to develop an aviation business park on 87 acres adjacent to the airport. The city is hoping to attract aviation services, light manufacturing and corporate aviation outfits to the park. "With the business park adjacent to the airport, that creates a lot of opportunities to use the airport as an impetus for more business. Together, this could be the economic engine for the city and this part of the county," airport Manager Steven Lichliter said.
